· Pot Pie tender white meat, peas, carrots, potato in a flaky pie crust.

· Chicken Fingers juicy, tasty white meat breaded to perfection w/mashed potatoes and an in-season vegetable medley.

· Buffalo Chicken breast and wings served with a mild, medium, hot or atomic sauce w/blue cheese dipping sauce, celery and baked potato.

· Meatloaf aha meatloaf a comfort food, better tham Mama made with mashed potatoes and your choice of vegetable..

· Real Chili NO ground beef here the real thing 1/4” cubes of beef seasoned as you like, hot, medium or mild, with or without beans, if you want yankee style I will use a spiced tomato sauce.

 

Pork/Ham

· Ham Potatoes onions and cheese casserole.served with a green vegetable of your choice.

 

Seafood (market price)

· Fish Cakes made with fresh cod fried and served with baked beans or vegetable medley

· Spaghetti with meatballs and tomato sauce.

· Curried garbanzo beans on basmati rice

· Ratatouille-a nice vegetable dish made with eggplant, zucchini, red, green, yellow peppers, tomatoes, onion, seved with crusty French bread.
