Here is our sample listing of home style dinners. Please let us know your favorite foods and we will accommodate you. . Shopping, Preparation, Cooking and stored in your kitchen, frozen in your freezer with reheating instructions provided or ready to eat. ***Ask about our economy meals menu, it changes every month but has the same quality and is all natural, and you don’t have to leave your home, combine this with our shopping service and you have lot’s of free time to do what you want to do. We now have economy meals which are very competitive with those you assemble it and pick it up and then  take it home and cook it yourself dinner prep kitchens, why pay more fto do the work yourself and get or lower quality food!

Clam Bakes(Market Price)

· Traditional New England style clam bake, Lobster, Clams, Sausage, Corn on the Cob, coleslaw, baked potatoes, salad.

 

Chicken-Turkey-Poultry

· Chicken breast with Blood orange sauce rice pilaf and fresh peas

· Chicken Marsala Tender Chiken breast stuff with mushrooms and herbs in a marsala wine sauce.

· Roast Apple Stuffed Chicken w/garlic mashed potatoes and a in season vegetable medley

· Roast Herb Stuffed Turkey w/ sweet potatoes, string beans and cranberry sauce

· Turkey Schnitzel tender turkey breast cutlets w/eggs noodles and carrots

· Buffalo Chicken breast and wings served with a mild, medium, hot or atomic sauce w/blue cheese dipping sauce, celery and baked potato.

· Pollo in Stemperta Spicy Sicilian Chicken (a stew)

 

 

Beef

· Steak Pizziola A grilled steak smothered in a garlic tomato sauce served with pasta of potatoes.

· Steak Tips

· Pepper Steak have it your way either blacl peper crusted or Asian style.

Veal

· Braciole di Vitello Braised veal rolls in tomato sauce served pasta or potatoes and a nice salad.

 

Pork/Ham

· Pork Tenderloin adobo spicy stuff but oh so good

· Pork Roast with apple stuffing

· Stuff Pork Chops Cajun style stuffed with an apple chili pepper stuffing served with corn or choice of veg

 

Lamb

            

Seafood (market price)

· Shrimp Scampi, Fried, Baked, Broiled, Cajun, Fri Diablo etc w/pasta, rice or potato

· Lobster steamed or boiled with lemon butter baked potato

· Clams as you like them

· Calamari alla Luciana Calamari in a spicy tomato sauce, served on your choice of pasta

Pasta

· Pasticcio di Maccheroni Baked Pasta (ziti) with ricotta and ham, you won’t be able to stop eating it is that good.

· Lasagna alla Bolognese al Forno classic lasagna, ricotta, mozzarella and a meat tomato sauce

· Lasagna alla Napoletanna same as above but made with Italian sausage and a veal tomato sauce.

 

Vegetarian

· Vegetable Enchiladas with refried beans and rice

· Vegetable Jambalaya all the spicy taste but no meat or seafood.

· Roasted Large Portabello Mushrooms(3) accompanied with pureed sweet potatoes sting beans , apple raspberry pudding, and an herb pepper sauce.

· Ratatouille-a nice vegetable dish made with eggplant, zucchini, red, green, yellow peppers, tomatoes, onion, seved with crusty French bread.

· Eggplant Parmigiana made with a tofu cheese in the traditional Italian style, tomato sauce, served over your choice of pasta with garlic bread.
