Pork Entrees
Here is an example of a gourmet dinner for 2, Prepared, Cooked and Plated Served in your .home. I bring all cooking utensils, pots, pans, supplies, you supply plates etc. I will clean up after myself while you are enjoying your dinner and depart when dessert is served. We will load your dishwasher and wrap up leftovers with reheating instructions.
Note: Any of the Home Style dinners can be made into a gourmet dinner and served by adding $75 to the price for service per 2 dinner servings.
Note: ALL Ingredients are ALL NATURAL and whenever possible, ORGANIC and from LOCAL farms.
Dinner will be served in this order and there are 7 courses, wine included Pick the entrée etc from each section only one selection. Note the veggies can be changed based upon your preferences.

Soup: Split Pea Carrot Ginger Broth Potato Leek with Serrano Ham
Salad: · Organic Baby Greens with either (Feta Cheese or Provolone) and honey-cider vinaigrette.
Hors d’oeuvres: Shrimp Cocktail Smoked salmon, French bread and herbed crème fraiche Melon wrapped in prosciutto
Entrée:
· Brasato di Maiale Nero ((Italian) Pork tenderloin roasted with pancetta in a rich spicy tomato sauce over your choice of pasta).
· Arista alla Porchetts ((Italian) Pork loin roast Tuscany style an Italian roulade stuffed with seasoned ground pork and fennel served with seasoned oven roasted potatoes and Italian green beans ).
· Cotolette alla Zingara ((Italian) Pork Tenderloins with peppers and capers), with garlic mashed potatoes, green beans, and onion).
· Cajun Roasted Pork ((American) A spicy Cajun spiced roast pork loin, with onions, peppers, celery and thyme . · Cajun Stuffed Pork Chops ((American) Thick pork chops roasted and stuffed with apples, nutmeg and brown sugar, served with Cajun rice, red beans and zucchini squash).
· Pork Glazed in Spices with Apple Raspberry Pudding and Sweet Potato Puree ((French) served with haricot verts, and artichoke hearts.
· Wetha See Byan ((Burma) - pork loin sliced thin; can be made mild, hot or very hot, this curry has ginger lemon grass and tamarind, served over Jasmine rice with snow peas).
· Saute ou de Porc aux Champignons ((French) Pork tenderloin sautéed with mushrooms served with Risotto and carrots with red and white pearl onions
· Bavarian Pork and Veal Roast ((Germany) Pork and Veal roasted in a onion and garlic sauce served with noodles and green beans).
